This is a Wuyi Mountain grown tea varietal that is a cross between Huang Jin Gui (黄金桂) and Huang Dan (黄旦). It was meticulously fluffed and turned this tea over a 24 hour period to bring out the floral aromatics. The taste is smooth with a floral notes that creep in as a kind of floral sweet. The light roast makes this as juicy and rich, but with the deep caramel and allspice undertones which is the characteristic of the craft from the region.Spring 2016 春
